All items purchased between 1-10 December are valid for our extended Christmas returns until 10th January. Our standard 30 days returns policy applies to all other purchases made in December.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please submit a return request via the links below.

Here you will be able to select a reason for your return, a resolution and any additional comments. If you would like to exchange an item you can select this option during the request process. In the event your return has a fault, we may request additional information and photos at this point. After we receive your returned item, we will issue you a refund or complete your exchange if requested. If you would like to exchange item(s) on your order you can do so by writing the size on the original paperwork and placing inside the return. Please note; Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item, we cannot offer exchanges for colour variations or different items.Elite Clothing will not be liable for any loss or damage during transit, so we recommend sending your item(s) back via a tracked courier.
