4.0 Newsletters and Requests for Information
Customers and users of the Elite Grace Computers website can sign up to newsletters. These will be sent via e-mail. Information sent to newsletter subscribers will contain information on products and services from Elite Grace Computers only. Changes to Elite Grace Computers including this privacy policy and terms and conditions, as well as promotions and offers exclusive to newsletter subscribers. Subscribers can unsubscribe from newsletters at any point by navigation to the account section of the site and following the on screen instructions.
5.0 Sharing Personal Data
Personal data will only be shared with trustworthy companies who have similar privacy policies to that of Elite Grace Computers. These companies will be given personal data only in the delivery of products to customers. Elite Grace Computers will disclose personal information if applicable by law, i.e. if order by a court or governmental authority.
6.0 Your rights
At customers’ request Elite Grace Computers will present, in writing, any data which is held by said customer and for the purpose in which it is used. This request will be fulfilled within 30 day. Also at customers’ request Elite Grace Computers correct or delete personal data which is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant to the purposes of fulfilling a purchase order.
7.0 Internet Commerce
During the online shopping process customers are asked to provide payment details which will be entered during checkout. If, for whatever reason, a customer does not feel comfortable using the checkout it is possible for customers to contact Elite Grace Computers directly to arrange an alternative payment method. 8.0 Third-Party Sites
Sites which are accessed through Elite Grace Computers may have their own privacy policies and practices which Elite Grace Computers cannot control. Customers/users should be aware that tracking cookies and other privacy concerns should be addressed by reviewing the individual privacy policy of any site linked from Elite Grace Computers
